Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB / AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB Processor: Intel Core i3-3225 3.30GHz or equivalent If none of that doesn't work, you're most likely not within the minimum specs listed below. Limit your FPS and your refresh rate in the settings page the fps and refresh rate should match each other. Try limiting it to 60fps, and it it's flawless, then move it up before it starts to stutter again. You may also find if you're trying to run the game at higher fps that you're getting stuttering - simply beause your system can't output that high of FPS. You'll have memory leaks which leads to stuttering. Many of you are trying to play the game on ultra settings with only 8GBs of RAM. The most common source of this issue is users not having enough RAM. Switch between wireless and wired connection (if possible) Make sure the game isn't blocked via Windows Firewall.
